This lens is a mysterious enlarging lens; we cannot find any record online.
In any case, it appears to be quite a nice lens with coating and a round aperture. The glass is clean and scratch-free with no haze nor fungus.
It has 42mm threading and comes with a home made adapter for a 45mm threaded shutter (not included). It was previously used on a 4x5 view camera.
