Pentax SMC Takumar 135mm f2.5 Fast m42 Screw Mount Lens w/ Case [MINT-]

This is a very cool screw mount portrait lens with multi-coating and a fast max aperture. It has cool vintage styling and the nice scalloped metal focusing ring.

I've heard that a lot of professional beauty shots are shot on a 135mm these days, even when the shot is wider than just a headshot. The photographer will be far away from the subject and take full body shots on a 135mm that have amazing spatial compression. If you shoot portraits, I encourage you to try the 135mm focal length.

This would be an excellent lens for a classic M42 kit or adapted to mirrorless. Some of my first lenses on my mirrorless camera were adapted Takumars.

This lens is in near mint condition with clean scratch-free glass and very light wear. The aperture is dry and snappy and the focus has that Pentax smoothness.

The original caps and leather case are included.
