Contax IIa Rangefinder Camera Body (Needs CLA) [AS-IS]

The Contax was considered the equal of the Leica M3 in its day. The lenses are comparable, the finish level is better and the rangefinder has a wider base so it is more accurate.

This camera looks good, but it needs service. The slow speeds are very slow. The focus wheel is tight and squeaks if you focus rapidly. The rangefinder is accurate horizontally, but inaccurate on the vertical axis. This camera will need a CLA to be a good shooter.
