Bogen Manfrotto #3038 Ball Head w/ Levels and QR [EXC]

This is a big heavy tripod head for formts up to 8x10. It has independent pan, drag adjustment and quick release. The bottom is standard 3/8" and the plate is 1/4".

The head is in excellent condition and works perfectly.
